This is a game made in 48 hours for the Global Game Jam 23.
Root Vegetable & Co is a Malagasy agri-food company specializing in the production of products from root vegetables. It produces various vegetables, as well as fries, crisps, soups and carrot juice.
The business is run by two people, a boy and a girl.
The girl uses:
- ZQSD or WASD to move.
- Left Shift to slide
- Space to interact
The boy uses:
- Arrows to move.
- Right Shift to slide
- Right Ctrl to interact
Both use the I key to change appearance.

-Extract the archive file
-Choose between x32 and x64
-Launch "Root Vegetables & Co.exe"

I played today with my daughter. We really liked it.
Some feedback:
- The grab mechanic sometimes doesn't work well. You grab something but then it falls.
- Some items gets stuck in the X of the conveyor belt
- When grabbing seeds, and trying to drop them on the plot, sometimes it disappears. So the first item gets worse.
- A Pause button would be great
- It would be great to be able to play with WASD and the gamepad
- While playing in the browser, we cannot play together at the keyboard because usually the "Ctrl" and "W" gets pressed, thus closing the Window
But we had really fun!
I had endless fun with my little brother while playing this on Crazy Games. One of the best coop game co-op there. Thx from my heart for making this!
